What are your tasks at Van Santvoort?

Responsible for the sale / rental and appraisal of houses in the entire Kempen region. Also specialized in commercial real estate for sale / rental and appraisals in the entire working region Southeast Brabant.

What are you proud of at Van Santvoort Makelaars?

It is a family business where the customer is always at the centre of attention. Our clients know us through our personal but professional way of working. It is nice to see that we have performed successfully and to the full satisfaction of many of our clients. A name that still stands as a house after almost 40 years.

How does Van Santvoort Makelaars contribute to your personal development?

As a real estate agent you are at the heart of society. For many buyers and sellers, buying and selling a home is a big step and is often accompanied by emotion. The contact with the customers and the service-minded attitude certainly contribute to my personal development. In addition, it is nice to be able to use my specialist knowledge and expertise to provide my client with the best advice. Permanent education and keeping abreast of the latest developments in the legal, architectural, fiscal, commercial and personal fields is therefore very important.

What is important in your work at Van Santvoort Makelaars?

A nice working atmosphere within the organization is of course very important. An efficient collaboration within a team in which one word is often enough. In addition, service-oriented work and pleasant customer contact are very important. Communication is therefore the most important thing in our profession. In the end, the best reward for my work is of course a satisfied customer.

What do you do besides your work?

I regularly get on a road or mountain bike. Relax for a while. But I also enjoy an evening out for dinner.
