Monique van Mierlo
Function:
Assistant Rural Housing & Equestrian real estate agent
Works at Van Santvoort Makelaars since:
In 2005 I started working at the office in Helmond as a secretary. After an evening study, I have been working as an assistant real estate agent for a number of years.
What are your tasks at Van Santvoort?
Together with Dirk van Santvoort I manage the portfolio with rural houses and equestrian real estate… As an assistant real estate agent I am the first point of contact for the sellers of the houses in our portfolio and I often take care of the contacts with (potential) buyers. In addition, my tasks include working out the sales brochures, taking care of the internet presentations and drawing up the purchase / rental agreements.
What are you proud of at Van Santvoort Makelaars?
As an office we work very customer-oriented and we are progressive in the development of sales strategies. In addition, we have built up a large network in the equestrian sector in recent years and our portfolio has grown strongly.
What is important in your work at Van Santvoort Makelaars?
We aim to build a good relationship with our clients during the sales process, both with the selling and buying parties. The contact lines are short and therefore the communication remains clear.
What do you do besides your work?
Our family life takes up most of my spare time. In addition, I often do fun things with friends and family. In order to keep in shape, I like to get on my racing bike.
